Why You Need Kevlar CV Boot Protection
CV Boot Guardian is a slip-on cover that goes over your existing CV boot. It’s there to take the knocks and scuffs from trail debris so the boot underneath doesn’t have to.
Made from tough woven aramid (Kevlar-grade) fibre, the CV Boot Guardian is built to take the abrasion from rocks, sticks, grit and mud, so your rubber CV boot doesn’t have to. It’s designed for demanding off-road conditions.

CV Boot Guardian Fitting Instructions
Please note: Fit the CV Boot Guardian over a healthy CV boot. If a boot is already torn, replace it first. Made for ATVs, UTVs, buggies and 4WDs. Fits most vehicles with CV boots, including cars. Cable ties are included in both packs. If you’re unsure, start with the 2-Pack sample or email admin@cvbootguardian.com.
Four simple steps to have your CV boot secured:
Step 1: Place the CV Boot Guardian around the CV shaft in a cone shape close to the CV boot with large velcro patch to the inside.
Step 2: Adjust size of the CV Boot Guardian to the size of the CV boot using the velcro straps and patch.
Step 3: When it is adjusted to the right size, not too tight or too loose, press down on velcro to attach.
Step 4: Then place two large cable ties through the loops on the end of the CV Boot Guardian and do up as tight as possible to secure the CV Boot Guardian to the CV boot shaft. Cut off the excess cable ties.
Optional: If you are travelling through extreme terrain, you can place additional cable ties around the CV Boot Guardian higher up on the cone to help secure it in place.
